Earlier this year, we were contacted by Neuroblastoma UK to create an exclusive limited edition love tile bracelet. We couldn't be more happier to support this special charity and loved working with Katherine and Liz. We all are super proud of the results.  

From Tuesday 1 June, you can visit the South of the River boutique in Beckenham or online here to purchase your exclusive, limited edition ‘Warrior’ tile bracelet. The gorgeous bracelet can be worn on its own or stacked with other tile bracelets from the wide range. Each bracelet comes with a special thank you card and is packaged in a FairTrade organic cotton drawstring pouch.

 We will donate £3 from every ‘Warrior’ tile bracelet purchase to Neuroblastoma UK, a charity that funds vital research into neuroblastoma, a rare and life-threatening childhood cancer.

Our brave warriors may need intensive treatment including chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy to fight their cancer, but devastatingly, neuroblastoma has one of the lowest survival rates of all childhood cancers. Thanks to the support of South of the River, we can fund more research to help scientists develop new, more effective and kinder treatments for these children. We've teamed up with the fundraising platform, Work for Good, to make it simple for small businesses to support a small charity like ours and make a big difference to the lives of children with cancer and their families.”

some vital facts you need to know about neuroblastoma

• Although survival rates are over 80%, cancer remains the single largest cause of death from disease in children and young people in the UK.
• Neuroblastoma is a rare and aggressive cancer that affects around 100 children each year in the UK.
• On average, every week, two families in the UK are told their child has neuroblastoma.
• Neuroblastoma usually affects children under the age of five, and very rarely can be detected on an antenatal scan before a child is born.
• Neuroblastoma is the most common solid tumour in childhood after brain tumours.
• Neuroblastoma is a type of cancer that develops from the cells left behind from a baby’s development in the womb.
• Around 40-50% of children with high-risk neuroblastoma will not respond completely to treatment or they will relapse. For children who do relapse, their chances of surviving long-term are less than 10%.
